The Art Collectible Auctions — Rules

1. Entry Fee

  • Each auction requires a ₹200 entry fee.
  • This fee is fully refunded as TAC store credit (redeemable on any future purchase).
  • Entry ensures that only serious bidders participate.

2. How to Place a Bid

  • To place a bid, you must confirm via WhatsApp at +91-9818309023.
  • Bids without WhatsApp confirmation will not be counted.
  • Once confirmed, you may continue bidding directly in the auction system.

3. Bidding & Closing

  • Auctions open on Monday and close on Friday at the stated time.
  • The highest valid bid at closing wins the lot.

4. Payments

  • No COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • Payment must be completed online only (UPI, cards, or net banking).

5. Winner Confirmation & Payment Timeline

  • The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp (+91-9818309023) immediately after the auction ends.
  • The winner has 2 hours from auction close to complete payment.
  • If payment is not received within 2 hours, the lot will be offered to the next highest bidder.

6. Refunds

  • Entry fees are automatically refunded as store credit after the auction ends.
  • Non-winning bidders are not charged for their bids.

7. Finality

  • All bids are binding once placed.
  • TAC reserves the right to remove unserious bidders or cancel fraudulent bids.
